For optimal results, we recommend scheduling sealcoating between late morning and mid-afternoon (10 AM – 4 PM) when ambient temperatures are sufficiently warm and the pavement surface has completely dried from any morning moisture.

Sealcoating applications achieve the best results from late spring through early fall when temperatures remain consistently warm, allowing for proper curing and adhesion of the sealant material.

Winter sealcoating is not recommended as low temperatures prevent the sealcoat from curing properly, which can lead to product failure and compromised pavement protection. We advise waiting for warmer seasons for this service.
